A take-home tip from Lloyd that I loved: "If you want to wear comfortable pants to go grocery shopping or pick up the kids from soccer practice, invest in a good pair of yoga pants, which do a lot more for your figure and make you look polished and pulled together."
I have been saying this forever! I AM SOOO OVER SWEATSUITS! They are cancelled! No more!
BUT this guy forgot to mention a key tip!.....Only wear yoga pants with sporty flats!
*check out Athleta.com for what I am talking about!

I love this blog! I found it randomly and I think you have brilliant style. Thanks for the great ideas and style inspiration, and puhleease keep them coming! :)
Btw, I should ask - is this a public blog? As in, would you mind if I linked it on my blog for *my* friends to enjoy?
I do understand the motive for this, but I just will never give up my old Dixie sweatpants. They are treasured, even with the holes. I figure, as long as a make a better effort to not wear them every day, and as long as any new purchases are hip and cute, rather than frumpy, I am doing great.
I think mom's are more productive if they get ready in the morning as if they are going some where (even putting on makeup), rather than lounging around in your pj's (although I am an offender of this)
Oh, I love it!! I couldn't agree more!! I hate wearing sweats out of the house. Not only do I not want people to see me in them, but I just feel gross and ugly. It's not worth it. i'm all about my yoga pants, hoodie and sporty flats
Yay, we're bloggies!
Now I have a Q for you...did you see the Oprah where Vera Wang introduced her line from Kohl's? She referred to her ubiquitous black leggings - which I am a huge fan of - but what is their counterpart for Spring/Summer? I have loved wearing them under tunics and would still like them under summer dresses, but is that too winter-y? I would like your opinion, because you are my new Stacey London, lol.
